Request a remark (Enquiry on Results)
If you think a score should be higher, you can ask for it to be re-marked.
An Enquiry on Results (EOR) is a re-mark of one or more sections by a senior examiner. If you believe your score should be higher, you can request a remark of your test.
Key things to know
- You can apply for an EOR within six weeks (42 days) from your test date.
- A fee of 40 KWD applies, and it is fully refunded as soon as any band score changes.
- You can request a re-mark of any one section, or multiple sections, in the same application.
- During the EOR period, your original Test Report Form (TRF) is held pending the outcome.
