Refund & Cancellation
How refunds, cancellations and transfers work.
Cancel before the minimum notice period and you are refunded minus an administration charge. Later cancellations are generally non-refundable, except for evidenced medical or exceptional circumstances submitted within a short window. To change your date or venue instead of cancelling, request a transfer.
