You can take IELTS at the official IDP test centre in Kuwait, which runs computer-delivered IELTS at four venues: Salmiya (the main IDP office in Dalal Complex), Sharq, Sabah Al Salem and Abu Halifa. All four offer the same test, choose whichever is closest and book online.
