Reschedule or cancel an IELTS test
Plans change. You can usually transfer your test or request a refund within the notice period.
To move your test date or venue (a transfer), submit your request before the minimum notice period, commonly five weeks before the test, with a valid reason. An administration fee may apply.
To cancel, request a refund before the minimum notice period and you are refunded minus an administration charge. Later cancellations are generally non-refundable, except for evidenced medical or exceptional circumstances.
