We want every candidate to have a fair, professional experience. If something is not right, tell us.

Important. Any complaint related to the test must be reported the same day, in person, using the complaint form at the test centre. Complaints submitted after the test date will not be accepted.

How to raise a concern

    Tell the invigilator or test centre staff before you leave the venue, and complete the complaint form on site.

    We investigate

    Our team reviews the form and any supporting information, and keeps you updated.

    Resolution

    We respond with an outcome and any next steps available to you.
